Refund and Cancellation Policy – Group Trips

 

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel or modify your booking, we are here to assist you and make the process as smooth as possible.

1 – Deposit and Payment Schedule

  • To secure your spot on this exclusive journey, a non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your trip agreement or booking confirmation) is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance will be divided into installments, as outlined in your itinerary.

  • Unless otherwise noted, the final payment is due 90 days before departure.

 

2 – Refund and Cancellation Terms

Deposit & Payments:

  • Your deposit, regardless of the amount, is non-refundable, as we commit to non-recoverable arrangements on your behalf from the moment you book.

  • All subsequent payments made are also non-refundable. If you choose to cancel at any point, payments already made will be retained to cover prepaid services and commitments.

Booking Transfer Option:

  • If you’re unable to join the trip, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another traveler. This request must be made in writing at least 30 days before departure.

  • You will be responsible for any associated fees, such as name changes on reservations.

  • If your itinerary includes in-destination flight tickets, please note that these are non-transferable.

 

Cancellation by Glintuoso Experiences:

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or not reaching the minimum number of participants, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

  • We are not responsible for additional expenses you may have incurred, such as airfare or travel insurance premiums. For this reason, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance early.

 

3 – Travel Insurance (Required)

We require all travelers to provide proof of comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and coverage for unexpected events.

  • Proof of coverage must be submitted no later than 30 days before departure.
